Job Summary We’re seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade , gain hands‑on experience, and grow your career in a high‑demand field. You’ll be trained to transform plain concrete into beautiful, durable epoxy floors that elevate our clients’ homes. Responsibilities Epoxy Flooring Installation – Learn to apply premium coatings with precision and care. Product Mixing & Application – Understand correct ratios and techniques for flawless results. Equipment Use & Maintenance – Operate commercial‑grade tools safely and efficiently. Independent Work – Manage your tasks while maintaining company quality standards. Customer Interaction – Communicate professionally and collect final payments with confidence. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Ability to lift 40+ lbs Strong work ethic and attention to quality Demonstrated commitment and reliability Experience in construction or remodeling is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!
