In this role, you will be the go-to HR partner for store leadership and Team Members — ensuring we have the right talent, strong leaders, and a culture that delivers exceptional customer and Team Member experiences every day.You will build trusted, face-to-face relationships with leaders on the floor and serve as the client face of Team Member Services, connecting your stores with Recruiting, Team Member and Team Leader Development, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Legal.
