Role Description This hybrid Real Estate Broker role is based in the Greater Chicago Area, with a mix of in-office, on-site property visits, and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, listing and showing properties, conducting market analyses, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating purchase agreements and contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
