About the Role

We're expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven, coachable people to join us as Remote Account Representatives supporting individuals and families through the process of exploring and enrolling in coverage options. If you're a strong communicator who's motivated by results, this is a chance to build real skills and a long-term career — not just take a job.

No prior industry experience needed. We provide full training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing coaching so you can start strong and keep growing.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals, families, and small business owners by phone and virtually
• Ask the right questions to understand each client's goals, needs, and priorities
• Clearly explain available options so clients can make confident, informed decisions
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process from start to finish
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to keep things moving
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Keep accurate, organized records in our CRM
• Show up for coaching, training, and team meetings ready to improve
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and virtually
• Ability to stay organized and manage follow-ups
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to complete required training and obtain any credentials required for the position
• Must be located in the United States
