Overseeing the roadmap and operational management of the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will manage product backlogs, enhance user experience, and collaborate with various teams to optimize business processes. Key responsibilities Own the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enhancements while managing the product backlog using Agile methodologies Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user permissions, data integrity, and configuration maintenance Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into user stories and support end-to-end workflows within Salesforce Required qualifications 5-10 years of Salesforce experience in administration, product ownership, or business analysis roles Strong expertise with Salesforce Lightning, flows, custom objects, and validation rules Proven ability to manage a product backlog and drive iterative delivery using Agile processes Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Salesforce Certified Administrator required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred
