Key responsibilities Investigate reported violations of house rules and conduct thorough analyses of incidents Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve safety-related situations Provide empathetic support to community members experiencing negative situations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Trust & Safety role Experience conducting investigations and managing urgent, high-priority issues Knowledge of cross-functional incident response efforts Expertise in de-escalation techniques and victim advocacy Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
